How charges are calculated
Each delivery zone has a standard fee and a minimum order value for free delivery. Ajman, Sharjah and standard Dubai areas are generally easier to serve; remote Dubai areas and other emirates may have different thresholds. The checkout summary calculates the current charge before payment.
Remote and special deliveries
Dubai South, Jebel Ali, Expo City and other remote locations may use a separate delivery zone. Large commercial systems, unusually heavy items, restricted-access sites or locations outside our standard service area may require confirmation and a separate quotation.
Timing and access
Our team confirms the expected delivery date after payment. Please provide a reachable phone number, complete address and any access details. Installation is not automatically included unless the product or quotation says so.
