Before returning an item
Contact Aqua Crystal with your order number, the reason for return and clear photos where relevant. Do not install, use or alter the item while a return request is being reviewed.
Eligible items
Standard unopened and unused products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Consumables, opened filters or membranes, installed equipment, custom assemblies and specially sourced products are normally not returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds and delivery costs
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible after inspection. Original delivery and installation charges are not normally refundable. If we supplied the wrong item or confirm a manufacturing fault, we will explain the available replacement, repair or refund option.
