Information we collect
We may collect your name, company, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, service requests and messages. Payment card details are handled by the secure payment provider and are not stored by Aqua Crystal.
How information is used
Information is used to provide quotations, fulfil orders, arrange delivery or service, issue business documents, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared only with service providers needed for payment, hosting, delivery, installation or legal compliance. We retain records for operational, warranty, accounting and legal requirements, then remove or anonymise them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your contact information or enquire about stored personal information by emailing info@aquacrystal.ae. We may need to retain records required by law or needed to resolve an order or dispute.
